Corporate Training Network โ€” Delhi NCR & Pan-India

The training on your compliance calendar, run by someone else.

VLS Training organises corporate training for companies of every size โ€” the sessions the law requires, and the ones your teams keep asking for. We don't keep trainers on payroll for every subject; we match your brief against an empanelled network of trainers by domain, seniority and language, so each session is run by someone who actually does that subject for a living.

On the books, not optional

These aren't training "recommendations" โ€” they come from statute, with a documented penalty attached to the gap. If it's been a while since your last session, this is usually where to start.

01
Statute
POSH Act, 2013 โ€” Section 19(c)
Applies to
Every organisation with 10 or more employees
Frequency
Annual for all staff; within 30 days for new joiners; separate skill-building for Internal Committee members
Cost of skipping it
Up to โ‚น50,000 on first default; repeat defaults can cost the business its licence/registration
Why it's showing up in more inboxes lately
Since the July 2025 amendment to the Companies (Accounts) Rules, POSH compliance status is now disclosed in the Board's Report โ€” it's no longer just an HR file, it's a governance record.
02
Statute
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 + DPDP Rules, 2025
Applies to
Any organisation processing personal data โ€” payroll, HR files, customer data. No headcount threshold.
Frequency
Baseline awareness for all staff; deeper sessions for HR, IT and support teams who handle data directly
Cost of a gap
Breach penalties under the Act can run up to โ‚น250 crore per incident
03

Fire & Workplace Safety

Site-dependent
Statute
Factories Act / applicable state Shops & Establishments Act
Applies to
Factories, warehouses, and any site with fire-safety and evacuation obligations
Frequency
Periodic mock drills, plus refreshers for designated fire wardens and first responders
04

Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery

Governance-recommended
Context
Board and investor governance expectations, especially for procurement and vendor-facing teams
Frequency
At onboarding, then an annual refresh

What most L&D calendars run anyway

Not required by law โ€” required by the way work actually goes. These are the programs teams keep asking for once the mandatory list is handled.

01

First-time Manager

For people who were promoted for doing the job well, not for managing people yet โ€” the jump from individual contributor to owning a team.

02

Sales & Negotiation

Pipeline conversations, objection handling and negotiation, built around how your team actually sells rather than a generic script.

View curriculum →
03

Customer Service & Communication

For frontline and support teams โ€” tone, de-escalation, and handling the conversations that don't go to plan.

View curriculum →
04

AI & Digital Readiness

Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools at work โ€” what's useful, what's policy-safe, and where to be careful.

View curriculum →
05

Train-the-Trainer

Builds internal champions who can carry a program forward in-house after the initial rollout is done.

06

Time, Priority & Delegation

For teams stretched across too many things at once โ€” what to drop, what to delegate, what actually needs their attention.

How a training gets from your inbox to the room

One brief in, one trainer out โ€” matched, not assigned by default.

01

You send the brief

Headcount, locations, language, timeline, and which training this is โ€” from the list above or something specific to you.

02

We match a trainer

From the empanelled pool, by subject, seniority and language/region fit โ€” not whoever happens to be free.

03

The session runs

In person or virtual, scheduled around your calendar rather than the trainer's.

04

You get the paperwork

Attendance and completion records โ€” the documentation your ICC file or audit trail can actually use.

Why route it through VLS

We're part of the VLS Technology / VLS Sourcing group, so the trainer-matching side runs on the same domain understanding as our recruitment and HR-tech work โ€” not a separate team guessing at what HR actually needs.

  • One vendor, not one per topicMandatory compliance sessions and requested skill programs, planned on the same calendar instead of five separate agency relationships.
  • Matched, not genericTrainers are pulled by domain and seniority for each brief, rather than one generalist covering every subject on the list.
  • Built for the paper trailCompliance sessions come with the attendance and completion records your ICC file or auditor will actually ask for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from HR heads, compliance officers, and business leaders.

How does the trainer matching process work? +

Unlike traditional training agencies that employ a handful of generalist faculty, VLS maintains an empanelled network of practicing corporate trainers, subject-matter specialists, and legal counsels. When you submit a brief (including headcount, participant seniority, industry, and preferred delivery mode), we match facilitators who specialize in that exact domain.

Do you provide audit-ready completion certificates and attendance logs? +

Yes. For all statutory trainings (such as POSH Section 19c and Fire Safety), we deliver signed attendance registers, participant assessment summaries, and formal completion documentation ready for your Internal Committee (IC) annual filing and Board Report records.

Can sessions be delivered in regional languages? +

Absolutely. For pan-India manufacturing units, logistics hubs, or regional branch offices, we match trainers fluent in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and other regional languages alongside English.

What is the lead time required to schedule a workshop? +

Virtual compliance workshops can typically be scheduled within 3 to 5 business days. In-person workshops or customized multi-city programs generally require 7 to 10 days for curriculum alignment and logistics coordination.

Send us this year's training list
